We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time so would recommend that they are reviewed regularly. All changes are effective as and when they are published on the website.
All trademarks, logos, images and content remain the property of Henderson Design Group Ltd and/or its affiliates, licensors or suppliers. You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate or manipulate any of the content and/or images without the explicit consent of Henderson Design Group Ltd.
All information displayed on this website (verbal or written) is for guidance only and is provided in good faith and without warranty, and although every effort has been made to ensure all the product details, descriptions & prices are correct they are for guidance purposes only and not binding.
Every effort is made to ensure that the colour and design of the product appear as accurately as possible, however the actual colours you will see can vary dependent upon your computer equipment and, as such, we cannot guarantee that the goods on delivery will reflect the colour on your computer. Therefore, we would highly recommend that all customers use our sampling service to check the colours prior to placing any order.

We do not charge VAT on International orders but there are increased administration costs to fulfil international orders, which are inclusive of the price.

Any order including 20 or more sale wallpaper rolls will be contacted by our customer service team to arrange delivery and provide delivery cost details.

Please note: Henderson Design Group Ltd is based in the United Kingdom. Any orders that are received from outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import tax and custom charges. Should the customer fail to pay the necessary taxation, any costs incurred for shipping, recovering and destroying items will be deducted from any refunds that are offered.
We only use your personal information in accordance with ourĀ Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read ourĀ Privacy PolicyĀ on the website as it includes important information and terms which apply to you.
Wallpaper is produced in batches, and slight colour variations between different batches are normal. Please check that all rolls have the same batch number before hanging. (The batch code is printed on each roll label.) If we supplied you with mixed batches in one order, this is our error - please stop and let us know immediately. However, if you use rolls from different orders or different batch numbers, any colour or print variances are not considered a product fault.
Before cutting or hanging any wallpaper, please ensure all rolls are from the same batch and have no visible defects. You should cut 2ā3 test drops initially and inspect them in good light, left to right, to confirm there is no shade variation across the roll or any printing fault. If you notice any issue, do not continue hanging; stop immediately and contact us for guidance. Please retain all product labels (batch stickers) until your project is complete - these are needed if there is a problem.
If you report a potential fault after installation, we will require clear evidence to assess the issue. This includes a photograph of all roll labels from your order and photos of the issue. In some cases, we may also request a physical sample/offcut of the affected wallpaper for analysis.
We cannot be held responsible for any decorator or third-party charges incurred due to wallpaper faults that were visible prior to hanging. Always follow the checks above and contact us at the first sign of a problem. We will swiftly arrange a remedy for product faults, but we do not cover installation costs in such cases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will not be liable to you (or any other user of our website) for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use or inability to use our website or reliance on the content displayed on the website.
We supply products (including any free samples provided with your order) for domestic and private use. On this basis, you agree not to use the products for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
- any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
Some of the Products we sell to you may come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer's guarantee provided with the products. If you are a consumer, a manufacturer's guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Promotion codes are territory specific, remain our property, and are not transferable. There is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to withdraw them and refuse or restrict any order at any time. Promotion codes are only valid on www.ilovewallpaper.co.uk for payments made by residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland in Sterling, where enabled, Euros, US or Australian dollars. Payment by Euros, US or Australian dollars can be enabled by selecting the appropriate flag in the drop down location selection menu in the top right-hand corner on the homepage. Email promotions are intended for web use only and may not be reflected in shops and other outlets.

Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes must be entered at the checkout for the discount to apply.
- Discount codes may be offered to account holders from time to time and may only be used when purchasing through the account from which they were offered.
- Promotional discount codes may also be offered in respect of any, or specific products or purchases made on the website and we reserve the right to withdraw them without prior notice.
- Discount codes may not be combined with any other sales, coupons or discount codes.

- Free Sample Promotions entitles the customer to free samples from a specified wallpaper collection. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, shipping discounts or automatic discounts. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. - All Free Sample promotions do not include Paint samples.
- Free Next Day or Standard Delivery Promotions entitles the customer to free shipping within the stated timeframe and stated minimum order value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- For Next Day Delivery Orders: Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched that day, orders after 2pm will be sent the following day.
- Certain orders are ineligible for standard delivery due to size, weight, or shipping restrictions

The I Love Wallpaper Rewards Scheme was officially terminated as of 14 February 2024. Any unused rewards points or benefits will expire on the termination date. As of 14 February 2024, you will no longer earn rewards points for any transactions. Any pending rewards or benefits will not be honored beyond the termination date.Ā If you have any questions or concerns regarding the discontinuation of the Rewards Scheme, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Please review the following terms and conditions if you have won a I Love Wallpaper competition within the last 12 months and your account was credited with funds. As of 14 February 2024, any remaining funds will be credited to a digital gift card. The gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.Ā Any unused balance on the gift card after the expiration date will be forfeited.Ā It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.Ā The gift card is non-transferable and can only be used by the designated winner.Ā If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please contact our Customer Service Team.
