Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to get our products to customers as quickly as possible so if you have made a mistake or need to cancel your order you should phone us or use our chat function as soon as you can to let us know, we will then confirm if any changes can be made.
You can call or chat online between 10am and 6pm Monday to Sunday. Please have your order number handy. If your order has been placed outside of these hours please send us an email and we can advise what to do next.

If you have checked your email inbox, including your spam folder and can’t see a confirmation email from us then you can visit our website to check the order history.
If you have not registered for an account or cannot see your order in the order history then please get in touch via email, chat or telephone on the contact details below.
Where is my sample order?
Our wallpaper samples are delivered by Royal Mail and should arrive 2-3 days after dispatch. Your samples will be delivered folded in an A4 envelope.
If you still haven't received your samples after 7 working days please get in touch. Make sure you have your order number handy.

Standard Delivery
If you selected standard delivery your order will be delivered by Evri via a tracked service. Click here and enter your tracking number to find out where your order is.
You will also have the ability to change your delivery options, such as choosing a safe place for your order to be left or a preferred neighbour your order can be delivered to.
If you have a mobile phone you can install the Evri app which makes it easier to track and manage your deliveries.
Next Day or Named Day Delivery
If you have chosen next day delivery or the named day delivery option for your order it will be delivered by DPD.

Wallpaper Samples Delivery

International Delivery
Our international orders are sent via DPD, but may be passed to a local courier in your area. DPD will contact you directly with the local courier tracking details if this is the case.

There is an item missing from my order
If there is an item missing from your order, there is a chance that we may have shipped some items separately. To confirm this, please get in touch so that we can check this for you.
I need more wallpaper from the same batch
If you need more wallpaper from the same batch, please get in touch with your order number, and the batch number. We will always try our best to send you the same batch as your previous order, however this is not guaranteed. If your requested batch is out of stock we will send the closest available batch.

What size are your wallpaper samples?

What is the pattern repeat of your wallpaper?
You can check the pattern repeat of any of our rolls by looking on the product page. Simply go to the 'details' section on the product you're interested in and find the section that says 'pattern repeat'.
How many rolls of wallpaper do I need?
We have a handy roll calculator available on every product page which determines how many rolls of that specific wallpaper you will need to cover your walls.
Here you can change your units at the top and then enter your measurements in the length and height boxes and at the bottom it will tell you how many rolls you need and how much that would cost for that specific product.
What is 'paste the wall' wallpaper?
Thanks to the thicker, non-woven backing of paste the wall wallpaper, this type of wallpaper doesn’t expand when coming into contact with paste.
That means you can apply the paste directly to the wall with no soaking time needed.
It also means there’s no need for a traditional pasting table. Just hang your wallpaper straight from the roll onto the pasted wall, smoothing as you go.
Paste the wall wallpaper is a much simpler process that creates much less mess - and it can cut your hanging time in half.

What is 'paste the paper' wallpaper?
Paste the paper wallpaper requires a pasting table so you can spread the paste directly onto the paper.
Before hanging this type of wallpaper, a step called booking is needed.
Booking involves folding the paper’s pasted side onto itself with both ends meeting in the middle and allowing time to soak.
This process activates the paste and causes the backing paper to expand slightly - which is why you must let it soak and settle for a while before hanging.

Will all rolls within my order have the same batch number?
All orders come with the same batch guarantee, meaning that all the batches of the same product will be identical in your order. If you happen to receive mixed batches in your order please get in touch and we will arrange for the correct batches to be sent out to you.
If you need a specific batch of a product you will need to get in touch so we can check our stock and see if we have your requested batch. Make sure you tell us the product code of the roll and the batch you are looking for. We always recommend you order enough wallpaper for your space as we cannot guarantee we will have your requested batch available.

Can I exchange an item within my order?
We don't currently offer an exchange service on our products. However, you can return your unopened items for a refund (if your purchase is within the last 30 days) and place another order.
